I am so amazed and thankful that God led me to Christ the King Worship Center! The congregation welcomed my family with open arms and made us feel so "at home"! I am overwhelmed at the love and support the whole church emotes and so happy to find not just new friends, but brothers and sisters in Christ! My husband and I were going through some very hard life obstacles, and were a couple of lost sheep. Through the positive encouragement and LOVE! the wonderful men and women at Christ the King showed us, we now have a wonderful family relationship, and more importantly have been aquainted with our heavenly father! We now EXPERIENCE on a daily basis the unconditional love of the Heavenly Father which ultimately brings peace and love into EVERY RELATIONSHIP, friendly or family! PRAISE GOD for bringing us to this church!!!

I praise God becuz he is always there for us anytime, day or night. When Im Confident or fearful, God is always there for us! I thank God that he is always in control...even when things are going haywire and satan is attacking...I may not understand everything thats going on but God does! God always turns all the hard times into beautiful blessings! I Thank God becuz we can dance in the rain when the storms come. I thank God that We can praise him right in the middle of the storm becuz we know with God that storm will pass! We just have to be faithful and wait it out! With tears streaming down our face and hands raised high, we praise the God who gives and takes away! Gods carried us through many storms in our life. I am thankful for the times that God carries us through the hard times becuz thats when we lean on him and we learn to know God in new ways! Rain can be a gift that waters our blessings! My husband was very sick with kidney stones and we did not have insurance. So we prayed and took him to the emergency room, and this woman got us hooked up with and organization to help people who work see a doctor. This organization paid for all his doctors appointments, medicine, ER visits, procedures, surgery and everything! That was a huge miracle and answer to prayer that was all God! It was a blessing becuz in the midst of it all, God changed how we look at life and how we took things for granted! God used it as a way to bring me and my husband closer together and closer to the Lord! Its been a long trial but it was worth the gift God gave us wrapped up in it! there are some things you can not learn about God until you go THROUGH the storm! I encourage you....to take Gods hand and go through the storm with him leading you! Your miracle is not in the happy times but in the hard times!

I just wanted to praise the Lord because he has healed me. I was diagnosed with fibroid cysts in my breasts. The Doctor wanted to do more tests. Me and my husband prayed. There was a true prophet of God that had a word for me from the Lord. He said that the cysts would shrink on their own one by one. Thats exactly what happened and now I am healed and made whole. The doctor can't believe it! Thank you Jesus for healing me! God is no respector of persons...if he did it for me...he will do it for you! Thanks for prayin for me Christ The King! Love you all!

I just wanted to say that when I walked in the door of this church, my eyes welled up with tears becuz I felt Gods anointing so strong. The anointing was soooo thick and I could feel the heavy weighty presence and I knew the Lord is in this place. Wow! The Love and the anointing will take this church far! We loved the worship, the flags were amazing, and the freedom is so awesome! We were so welcomed! Thank you Christ The King for loving on us and allowing us to worship with you! I thank God everyday for the blessings He has given me and for the amazing people He has put in my path. I thank Him for my church family here at Christ the King. I love to hear people's testimonies of how they feel the love and presence of God when they enter our doors. It's the same love I felt when I entered those doors almost 7 years ago. My family and I have found our home and it's such a blessing to see God work in other people's lives as we watch our congregation grow as we are focused on making disciples and not just members. Much love to our wonderful Pastors Sam and Chris. Thank you for being that example that we all need so much. Our prayers are that you continue to be strong and to not grow weary in your well doing. You have taught me to be lovers of people just like Jesus. Thanks again to the both of you and to God, our father for choosing me to be a part of this wonderful church.

I thank God for my life, health, strength and experiences in Him. I thank God for the many examples, mentors, teachers, and friends who love Him and live for Him whom He has placed in my life along the way. And now, at this time, it is a blessing to be a part of Pastor Sam and Chris' congregation. They are amazing pastors, dedicated to the assignment God has given them. And those who worship at Christ the King are the very best. What a privilege to be a part of this move of God! I love to hear my friend of many years, Evangelist Helen Turner, sing the song, "Sweeter as the Years Go By". That has been my experience up to now, and sitting under the powerful teachings at Christ the King, it continues. This walk with the Lord truly gets better every day. There are no words to tell of how great God's love is to me. The greatest miracle is that God's mercies are new each day. Even though I am not perfect, God still loves me. He continues to bless me in every area of my life. He has given me a wonderful wife, a great family, and most important -- He has placed me in the midst of an awesome Church Family. This website is a prime example of God's grace and annointing upon His people. Thank you for the opportunity to publicly give God glory for sustaining me every day. GOD BLESS

I am thankful to God for so many things. My family and I have received so many blessings from God. For the last thirteen years I have been steadily gaining weight. I couldn't sleep because my body would hurt from all the weight. It was even hard to breathe or even walk up my front steps. In February of 09 I was so tired and fed up with myself I handed it to God. I knew there was no way I could lose the weight on my own. God heard my prayer and answered it. He was my strength on days I didn't have any. In february I weighed close to 263 lbs. Today with Gods help I am down to 147 and sleep all night!! I know I could have never done this with out Gods help and guidance. Anything is possible with God. I thank God so much for giving me my life back.

On April 13, 2008 the ambulance took Delbert to Weirton Medical Center where he was put on a ventilator and they also discovered he had Renal failure. He was life flighted to Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. He died twice but they were able to resuscitate him. The doctors ran all kinds of tests and found out that besides renal failure, congestive heart failure, bad lungs, he also had pulmonary hypertension. This is caused when the lungs aren't strong enough to get the blood oxygen to his heart. This causes pressure to build up in the heart that's not being released properly. Delbert's pulmonary hypertension was diagnosed as terminal. The doctors said that he could not live if he was not on a ventilator. After much discussion with my children and with what his living will stated, we decided to take him off the ventilator. During this time, everyone who knew about his condition was praying for him. My daughter Sarah said,"Mom, I don't want Dad to die, I want God to perform a miracle." I said," Sarah, the miracle will be God allowing him to live without the ventilator. God can't perform this miracle with him being on the ventilator." On May 5,2008 the doctors took Delbert off the ventilator. While everyone was watching his oxygen level drop, Sarah stood in the back praying for a miracle that everyone would see. My son said,"Mom watch how fast Dad's oxygen level is dropping." It went down to about 90% and stopped. Then it went back up to 1ook00% and stayed there. The doctors just shook their heads in disbelief. They said the next 24 hours were critical. He still lived. Then the doctors said he couldn't live longer than 3 months. Again, God proved them wrong. It's been over 15 months and he is still living. After 47 days in ICU he was released to Acuity Specialty Hospital in Stuebenvile, Ohio on May 29,2008. He was still on a high volume of oxygen. He was released to come home on November 18,2008. The day he was released from Acuity, a nurse came to his room and said," When you came in here, I never thought you would leave alive. You are a living miracle." With God's help and exercising, he is able to get in and out of the shower, in and out of bed and a lot of other things. He still uses a walker and is on oxygen but he has come a long way. But God ALWAYS finishes what He starts. Delbert truly is a living MIRACLE! I was talking to a gentleman and was telling him about how well Delbert was doing and what a miracle he is. The gentleman told me that Jesus performed miracles in the bible. I said," that's correct, but He is still performing miracles today." The gentleman just looked at me. People don't realize the power that God has.
